What it means to be in flow.
Picture a 5 year old child building a house, a castle, a town in lego, playing an imaginative game with her dollies, painting pictures using her hands as brushes. This child is in Flow – they have no sense of time or place, they are present, they are immersed in their activity, they are not judging what they are doing or what the outcome will be, they are playing.
As we age, all sorts of things stick to us – judgements, conformity, good girl /brave boy conditioning, failures, achievements. This baggage can weigh us down. We spend much of our time looking backwards regretting our actions or forward fearing what is to come.
Being in Flow is being present, being absorbed, mastering a skill, making something. Many of us will resonate with being in flow outside of work, exercising, baking, golfing, sailing. Imagine being in flow with your team in work. Imagine all the teams across the business are in flow… This is not about yoga poses and asanas but rather getting connected – cohesive, creative and flourishing.

Presence- Through my personal practices, I prepare to be fully present and nowhere else with each of my clients. Being present, connected to and in-tune with our highest self, enhances the quality of the coaching experience and ultimately the results my clients get.
Loving Kindness – approaching my clients, my business and my life by mentally sending goodwill, kindness and warmth towards others.
Embodiment - Tapping into the truth and wisdom of our body, mind and spirit is central to my holistic approach. We often cannot articulate what is truly bothering us through words alone, sometimes our ego, our fear of rejection, need for approval can mask what the true challenges or issues are. Working with me you will use different techniques to fully explore what’s holding you back and how you can propel yourself forward.
Curiosity - My coaching is based on curiosity about and for my clients. This authentic curiosity enables me to engage in supportive listening and encourages my clients to tap into the power of their own curiosity. This open hearted way of coaching builds authentic emotional and intellectual empathy with my clients.
